Dear friends resume is the mirror of your complete personality. With the help of your resume you present your skills to any organization. So it is very important to write an impressive resume that reflects your entire skill and educations in an impressive way.

Often we are sending our resume for a vacancy but we get no response but other are selected for the same. Do you think the candidate, who is selected for the interview, has the same or may be less eligibility and skill as you but his resume is shortlisted for the interview but why your resume is not? Yes it happens many times with us but we don’t think about it, so it is very important to know the impressive resume writing tips.

Here I will discuss some important things to make your resume impressive and professional.

Career Objective: It is a very important part of your resume that shows your future vision for your career and your organization also. You must clearly mention that what you would want to be in next 5-10 years.
            
     Career objective should be defined in two or three lines. In career objective, you should be show the growth of organization. And how you will become a asset for the origination.
Example: 
"Seeking a lucrative career by giving my efforts and skills to my profession and my organization and to be a part of the meritorious team which work for the growth of the organization and make me an asset to the company."


Skill Set: This is the soul of your resume, you should clearly mention your skill set because this  is the real thing for that an organization hire you.
For Example I am giving a skill set of IT professional 
Technologies: PHP (Core and  MVC)
RDBMS: MySQL 5.xx
Scripting Language: Java Script ,JQuery and Ajax
Server : Apache, Wamp, XAMPP,, Vertrigo.
CMS Management: Wordpress, Joomla 
PHP template engine: Smarty (.tpl)
JQuery Plugins:  JAlert, Form Validation, Fields Masking
   Other skills and tools : OOPS Concepts, UI designing with HTML, CSS and Familiar with Cpanel,     
   FileZilla and Hosting, Firebug.

Educational Profile: List your all education detail. It seems to be good if your define your education in descending order.  It means show your highest education first and next show second highest education and so on. For example if anybody done their Graduation and PG, In this case showing your PG first and the Graduation, it looks good.

Format:  Examination Name, Passed Year, University/College Name, Position held.

Professional Synopsis/ Work Experience: The next thing that an organization wants to know is your work experience in your relevant field. If you have experience in same area for the post you are applying then clearly mention your experience.

Format: Employer Name, Position Held, Duration (From date – to date)

Also shows your Notice Period (If already working somewhere)
Note: don’t show irrelevant experience if possible.

Personal skill: personal skill shows your behavior. Yes your profession skill or behavior is also important for an organization. You must list your good properties to make you valuable for the organization. For Example
  • I’m sincere, organized and diligent in my work with a creative thinking.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen to learn new technology and willingness to enhance my skill set.
  • Ability to meet deadlines , etc.
